"Falsely advertise air conditioning. The av is centrally controlled and set to at minimum 30c. It moves the air around the room but doesn’t cool at all. Rooms are tiny. Can’t open a suitcase. "

"We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked. Nevertheless, the air-conditioning supplemented the need, as it was quite cold outside. The microwave was ok, we found plates and basig cooking tools, but the fridge was so noisy that i had to unplug it to be ale to sleep. The sauna was all right, little not hot enough, but i have not attempted to change the temperature because it was fine. The swimming pool doesn't have warm...

"Auf einer Reise von Bulgarien nach Deutschland hatten wir aufgrund des ausgebuchten IBIS Hotels diese Unterkunft gewählt. Ein schönes, einfaches Hotel. Sehr verärgert hat uns, dass wir am Morgen der Abreise erfahren mussten, dass der Parkplatz 10 Euro kostet. Nicht wegen der Gebühr, diese zahlt man woanders auch z. B. für eine Tiefgarage, aber bei der Ankunft einem den Parkplatz zu geben mit einem Zettel für das Auto ohne die Kosten zu erwähnen, ist für mich Abzocke. So etwas macht man...

"The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to. Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options available after 8 (eventhough it's finishing at 10:30)."

"This is our absolute favorite place in Gyor. We keep coming back. The staff goes above and beyond to help you in every way. It is beautiful, spotlessly clean and in a great location. "Lovely little hotel, down by the river front in a very convenient location to explore Gyor. We treated ourselves to a suite for my partner's birthday and it was fabulous - really spacious and modern. Staff (particulraly the lady on reception!) were lovely and couldnt do enought to help. "Residential area, quiet. Staff were great, room well equipped. Only a few minutes from public transport and the city centre. Generally had a slightly worn look - furniture, etc but ok. Fridge in room was very noisy 24/7 and the air-con didn't work effectively - in need of a service perhaps? Breakfast was very basic, eggs cold (cooked for 7am?), if there was any left. I was ok with the stay especially with the very helpful and friendly staff."
