OYO Rooms, Mactan Island hotels

"Lovely hotel with large beach area and 3 different pools facing the beach. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bar areas beside the pool are nice but not the coolest as there aren't many fans and no air conditioning. The room was very large with a nice balcony facing the sea. The bed was very large and comfortable and the bathroom was very spcaciius with good room for clothes in the wardrobes and drawers. We ate at night in one of the bars at night which served fries, pizza, burgers etc. The food and service was good here also but a bit warm. The breakfast buffet was very large and varied with a food variety of food for different nationalities. There isnt much around the hotel to see, so it is somewhere to stay on site and enjoy the facilities."

"Staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is new and modern. Newtown is a new modern development, like it's own city, with new roads buildings and beach area. The front desk gives you a wristband to access all the Newtown beach amenities. The pool water is so comfortably warm with swim-up bar stools and yummy drinks."
