"This is NOT a hotel !!! You are given linens and towels. Make your own bed, and do maid service prior to departure or you will be charged a very hefty fee. The terms and conditions are not listed here. It is being miss sold. That sais ... If you accept the T&C, this could be a great holiday. Lots of families with children. "It was an amazing week in La Plagne. Perfect location, ski-in and ski-out, apartments were clean and cozying. Very friendly people on reception met us and helped with accommodation. I was a little disappointed that the apartment did not have such things as slippers (floor was quite cold without it), soap, WiFi, dishwasher detergent. It is not very expensive but might make a rest more comfortable."
