"Friendly staff, let us check in early, park right outside room, laundry nearby with free detergent, large clean room with fully stocked kitchen. We ate dinner one night at the Hermitage Hotel and preferred this hotel and were glad we didnt pick Hermitage to stay at because this motel felt quieter and more easily accessible. It was the best choice in Mt Cook for us. The only improvement would be that it's a row of motel rooms and some, like ours, had some of the mountain views blocked by other motel rooms. It seemed one row of rooms had unobstructed views of Mt Cook mountains, so I'm not sure how to request one of those rooms, but it would have been an even better stay than our already pretty great stay if i had booked one of those rooms. Highly recommend this motel."

"Very very nice double-storey house to stay in. Exceeds my expectation as the place is so nicely furnished and comfortable. We had a unit with living, dining, kitchen, two toilets, two bedrooms and a garage. Really amazing to stay in here. Wifi is strong and I can' ask for more."
