Buenos días, Mi estancia en el hostal Stay Here no fue posible, ya que al llegar al establecimiento me encontré con el hostal cerrado. Al hablar con los comercios vecinos me dijeron que el hostal lleva cerrado cerca de 2 años, es decir, desde el inicio de la pandemia. De esta manera, después de comprobar que no se trataba de una broma, yo y 5 personas más tuvimos que ponernos a buscar un alojamiento alternativo a las 11 de la noche en medio de la lluvia en un pueblo del Perú. Fuera de este escenario surrealista en el que nos encontramos, me parece una absoluta vergüenza que en su plataforma ofrezcan alojamientos que no están disponibles, ya que dice mucho de cómo controlan y actualizan la calidad de los alojamientos que ofrecen. Como cliente de Expedia me he sentido engañado y abandonado. Espero que se me reingrese el importe de la reserva que hice en su momento y exijo una explicación por parte de Expedia.
