Nice little Residence
We stayed in this little Residence only for two nights. The rooms are very clean and in good conditions. You will need to have a car though, but the center of Macerata town is only 5 min away. Good choice!

LO PEOR DE ITALIA NO IR!!!!!!
Llegue al hotel con dos bebes luego de hacer 700 km en auto y me habían canselado la reserva, nunca se molestaron en avisar, y solo me dieron un número de teléfono de un hotel cerca pare que yo llame a ver si tenían lugar, ni se molestaron en hacerlo ellos UN DESASTRE!!!!

Prenotazione last minute,tutto ok, prezzo onesto e famiglia soddisfatta della scelta. Avremmo voluto fare qualche giorno in piu', ma abbiamo dovuto rispettare il budget. Sicuramente per gentilezza, disponibilita,ordine,pulizia,etc.etc noi siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

Piacevole BeB in collina
All'arrivo con mia figlia siamo rimaste piacevolmente impressionate dalla location e dall'aspetto della stanza con balcone affacciato sulla piscina e sulla pianura marchigiana. La possibilità di ordinare una cena gradevole con consegna a domicilio dalla rosticceria ci è parsa fantastica dopo una giornata di viaggio. Purtroppo il giorno dopo siamo rimaste chiuse fuori dalla palazzina della ns stanza la prima volta nel primo pomeriggio quando ancora era presente il personale del BeB col quale abbiamo verificato un difetto della serratura della porta sul disimpegno delle stanze...La cosa veramente inaccettabile è stato che poco dopo la mezzanotte, al nostro rientro, la porta risultava nuovamente bloccata e l'addetto che ha risposto al telefono dopo vari tentativi ci ha detto assonnato di suonare il citofono dell'ospite della stanza sopra la nostra (!!!!) il quale non parlava italiano (fortunatamente noi sappiamo l'inglese) ed è sceso ad aprirci in mutande. I commenti si sprecano!!!!
