Honestamente não entendo a nota desse hotel “4 estrelas” ser 9,6 no hoteis.com. O quarto é ok mas quando considero o quesito de conforto, levo em consideração o silêncio. Para quem preza pelo silêncio, recomendo fortemente não ficar nesse hotel. Os quartos possuem acústico péssimo com mesas e cadeiras pesadas que são arrastadas todas as manhãs à partir das 6:30-7h da manhã, ou pelos hóspedes ou pelas camareiras. Era um barulho constante até às 9-10 horas da manhã, então você é obrigado a levantar. O café da manhã é bem ok, são muitos hóspedes e a reposição é um pouco , pelo menos das melhores opções, que são poucas. Fiquei dois dias no hotel e optei por não ir tomar café no segundo dia. Falta vaga de estacionamento por ser tantos hospedes então foi necessário estacionar na rua (entretanto isso é avisado nas entrelinhas do “estacionamento incluido”). A coberta da cama tinha manchas de maquiagem e as toalhas brancas, algumas marcas de sujeira. A janela do meu quarto estava com a trava quebrada e então não vedava bem para isolar o barulho da rua. O ponto forte do hotel são os funcionários da recepção, que são super simpáticos e atenciosos. Tentei um late checkout e não foi possivel, por estar totalmente cheio o hotel em um domingo a tarde, ou seja o hotel trabalha com lotação máxima e devido à alta nota do hotel e preço mais acessível em relação aos outros hoteis da região, deve sempre trabalhar com lotação máxima, algo para considerar quando fazerem a reserva.

Hotel é muito bom, limpo, confortável, fica muito bem localizado e o atendimento é excelente Os pontos negativos é com relação ao check in ser 15h nem resort pratica esse horário e o café da manhã é fraco, poucas opções e algumas como tapioca e o misto já fica preparado aí quando você vai comer já está frio e duro
