"Highly recommend! Firefly Estate Bequia is such a calming and magical place. The grounds are clean, well maintained and surrounded by beautiful trees. "Front desk staff were wonderful. Upon arrival, there was only a limited piece of toilet paper on the roll. Morning, Called front desk to get some . Took 3 hours to get it from housekeeping. At the dinning room, Asked for a muffin and banana bread, was put in a bag. The cashier walked away without a word, had us waiting and return without a word or apology. Very awkward moment. Again, front desk staff, 2 young ladies were excellent. Great ambassadors. "

"It is a very nice property. Unfortunately there was only one sheet and the air was very cold, so I had bad nights, and turning up the temperature was risking mosquito bites. The mosquito net is not appropriate for the size of the bed. The bed needs a good adjustment and it makes a hard sound every time you move or sit down. "It is a very nice property. Unfortunately there was only one sheet and the air was very cold, so I had bad nights, and turning up the temperature was risking mosquito bites. The mosquito net is not appropriate for the size of the bed. The bed needs a good adjustment and it makes a hard sound every time you move or sit down. We understand that the water pressure may be low, but bathing took longer than usual, however it was warm which contrasted with the cold air in that room. Apart from everything, it was very nice, comfortable, with a nice view, we always had little birds by the window and a chicken that walks around the back of the hotel. Christine (I think that is her name), is at the reception, as a waitress, attentive to details, was very kind and helped us find a solution to a problem that we had."
