Fiquei hospedado por 4 diárias. O hotel está necessitando de reformas urgentes. O cardápio do restaurante simplesmente percebi preços bem elevados, o que não me motivou a pedir nada do hotel e sim consumir tudo externamente. Café da manhã sem maiores exaltações de qualidade. Quarto com odor ruim e que tive que me adaptar. Sinceramente, se algum dia novamente em Macapá/AP, acho que não tenho o menor dos motivos para me hospedar nesse hotel novamente.

Hotel é lindo, confortável, muito bem localizado, próximo ao shopping, Orla, aeroporto. Funcionários muito simpáticos, bom café da manhã. Tem um restaurante dentro do hotel, panificadora muito boa próximo.

Foi uma experiência terrível. Ao chegarmos para o checkin, a funcionária nos alocou num quarto não condizente com a reserva, e quando questionamos, tentou nos fazer pagar uma diferença para upgrade de quarto, sendo que havia o quarto disponível nas acomodações. Depois de muito estresse, fomos realocados. O café da manhã deixa a desejar em variedade de opções, e as mesas estavam corriqueiramente sujas, sem manutenção por parte dos funcionários ali presentes. Funcionários esses que diga-se de passagem ficavam nos olhando como se não devêssemos estar ali. A “cereja do bolo” foi na manhã do checkout, que antes mesmo de qualquer “bom dia” por parte da recepcionista, ela perguntou logo se estávamos indo embora naquela manhã. Não suficiente, enquanto descansávamos algumas horas antes de desocupar o quarto, o hotel realizou um desligamento de energia que não foi programado, e não informou os clientes, tão pouco ofereceu qualquer compensação diante de tamanho desconforto. Sem contar que no dia anterior a saída, fomos importunados diversas vezes pela manhã, com uma manutenção de centrais de ar programada pela administração, mas não informada para os hóspedes. Fomos mais uma vez trocados de quarto, dessa vez temporariamente, gerando transtornos na qualidade de nossa estadia. A infraestrutura do quarto é boa e aconchegante, mas a administração e serviços deixam totalmente a desejar. Sem falar que o terraço tem paredes baixas, o que fez minha esposa bater a cabeça e se machucar.

Reservei um quarto com 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro. Recebi um quero com 2 de solteiro. Quando mostrei minha reserva disseram que eu havia escolhido um quarto Twist, não fiz isso. Eu escolhi o quarto standart para até 3 pessoas. Após reclamar, fui colocada em 1 quarto com uma cama de casal. Banheiro com chuveiro velho, embolorado, porta descascando, secador de cabelo sujo. Embora tivesse outros quartos, inclusive o que reservei desocupados. Não fiquei no quarto que reservei. Gostaria de ser reembolsada. Além de ter sido muito mal atendida. Tudo isso após uma viagem cansativa na madrugada.
