"This is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. My problem is the lack of communication. I had to email 3 times before getting instructions on how to pick up the key. When we arrived, the boiler had been completely turned off so I emailed the caretaker for instructions on lighting the fireplace to provide heat until the boiler came up. No response. "This property was perfect! We were a group of 5, so we utilized the apart hotel. It was spacious and clean, allowed us to have communal space and private sleeping. Dining at the restaurant was fantastic. Jason was our server and he was amazing. Food was great, only a short 10 min walk to the Muckross Abbey and a breath taking lake. Hotel views bolstered mountains in the morning. Wonderful staff, we did not have time to utilize the spa but it looked beautiful. "
