Terrible, smelled like smoke/weed everywhere including our non smoking room :^/ . After midnight an angry woman in the room next to ours kept slamming her door and we finally had to call the front desk to take care of it. They promptly did so (one plus)and she screamed at them but finally left or at least got quiet. Bathroom wasn't cleaned and stink bugs were crawling all around. Felt like staff didn't really care much.

Room was”accessible “..never booked one before but curiosité suggested I do it Accessible I thought meant for elderly or someone with other needs My surprise to find the bathtub with several safety bars but a height much higher than one at home… Which for me presented a safety problem… It would seem a simple shower would be the solution.

The website stated that this was a smoke free establishment but the entire hotel including the room smelled like cigarette smoke! The carpet in our room was stained. The light fixture on my husband’s side of the bed did not work. Bathroom was dirty. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. After reading the reviews and seeing apologies made by the manager you would think improvements would have been done. We will be avoiding Super 8 at all cost in the future. The property was clean and every morning I saw a busy staff, mopping and vacuuming the common areas. Our room and bathroom were clean. The mattresses were good. Although our room was labeled as non-smoking, the entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. Very, very strong odor. Our actual room did not smell great, but it was tolerable.

I got there late and the room was by the desk. That was great until the early morning when the other guests used the ice machine and the noise came through the door. The maids were very loud outside my door as well. The sound of the dryer also went through the walls. Not an enjoyable stay at all.

The property was conveniently located. The staff were friendly. The hallway leading to the room (next to the laundry and reception) smelled like marijuana and cigarettes smoke. The room was very dusty. The bathroom was fairly clean. The cleaning lady didn’t clean our room the four days we were there. We had to request clean towels. Won’t be staying there again.
