Couldn't use coffee pot in room, package with coffee were supplied but no creamers, sugar/sweet'nlow, or stirrers. Second morning couldn't make waffles...dispenser for batter was missing. Only fruit available was apples...not for breakfast.

It was decent besides my tub backing up.And I had to wash it out every time before I can use it.And I was supposed to Have queen size beds but they were full size beds. Which? Made it disappointing

The front staff was very nice and efficient. The breakfast was adequate. Well monitored and stocked but not a whole lot of choices. There were scrambled eggs and biscuits but not meat, no gravy. Waffle was good. minimal cereals. No bagels. Only one kind of yogurt. The room was disappointing. As a Choice Hotel I guess I expected more it was a typical low end budget motel. And outdated run down. The front desk staff and a patron were trying to pick the lock on the door next to use one time when we came in which was a little concerning. My daughter was afraid to go out to the car alone because there were several shady looking men around the parking lot. No elevator to 2nd floor. Smell of marijuana on the balcony. The floor in the room did not feel clean, we wore I shoes the whole time. There was damage to the furnishing. The beds were comfortable, nice pillows and bedding. Towels were mediocre. You could hear a lot of noise, baby crying and running around, a dog parking. It was adequate but I would not stay there again.

Bianca Jones was wonderful upon check-in! A real asset to your facility. Room was fine but the beds were super noisy. Even just routine movements, (rolling over) produced a tremendous amount of noise from the springs. My husband's bed was much worse than mine. The noise level outside of the room at about 3-4 AM was tremendous. As if a worker was dragging something around or loading/unloading something, I'm not sure. We had an inside room but I did not look out. This kept me up for a long time and happened again later. The showerhead fell off onto my head as I was attempting to reposition it. We could not get it back into place. This was my last opportunity for a hot shower before my return home to Asheville post Hurricane Helene, and I was so disappointed. The front desk person (pre-checkout, this was not Bianca) said that there was no other room that I could go to for a shower, so I just did what I could under the stream of water that was coming out from the pipe on the wall. The room itself was otherwise ok.

This Quality Inn is near the airport and near a Walmart and Target. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s a fridge, a microwave, and decent complimentary breakfast in the lobby from 6a-9a. Those are the positives. The motel itself is run down and in a run down part of town. Lots of shuttered businesses. We felt safe, but then we’re the type who are in bed by 10pm. We were told there was a shooting at the Waffle House nearby. If I return to Lynchburg, I’d probably stay in a different part of town, but it was perfect for my needs for a 2-night stay.

It was convenient to where i was going but the bedspreads were dirty and the sheets appeared to have stains.the doir stopper in the bathroom was filled with toliet paper- not sure why but someone packed the opening with toliet paper. At check in i was told the times for breakfast but when we went down to brrakfast it was already closed.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent but ended abruptly at 9:00 AM - seems a bit early. When guests are standing next to the food with their plates ready to serve themselves some gravy or eggs, it’s puzzling that a masked employee would violate her Faucci following 6 foot apart rule to cut in front of the guests to slowly stir the hot food rather than wait for the guests to get their food before completing this less than urgent task. Maybe she was having a bad morning and that would explain her scolding of a guest who was using the ice machine to fill a very small cooler - claiming if he got any more ice, the machine would stop working. Front desk staff was super friendly and professional -so was the cleaning crew. Maybe they could provide an in-service for the breakfast lady or maybe she was just having a bad day. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
