"Perfect!"

"The staff and location were standouts for me. Greenbelt shopping mall was across the street giving access to many restaurants and shops. The only negative for me was the climate control.i never managed to influence the temperature in spite of 2 visits from engineering. It strikes me that temperature is centrally controlled and it’s generally set to cold! It was too cold for me. Would still stay here again."

"The same classy hotel; just need improvement in customer service at the lobby lounge esp the lady Supervisor. "

"The hotel and staff are excellent and we love staying there. The only reason for the below excellent rating is becathey are renovating so the pool area is not open and the gym facility is very small compared to previous stays. The breakfast dinind area has been changed and is much smaller and tight to walk around and fewer choices to choose from, however still very good food! We will definitely stay there again and hope to see the full renovation done soon!"

"The minuet we walked in the door , the security guards were pleasant and so were the reception staff were brilliant. the reception area was nice and clean and there where lots of seating. going to the room in the lift very clean, thew room was nice and well made up. Going for breakfast everyday was a pleasure made all the more enjoyable by the friendly staff, we really enjoyed our self and would recoment to anybody to stay there. "
