We enjoyed our overnight stay but felt the bed was uncomfortable and didnt have a great nights sleep. The breakfasr was a food option and plenty of choices. However we didnt appreciate the staff who obviously eat whats left over at 10am and were quite vocal who had ate what and spoke about diets and what they should eat and not eat. This is unprfessional and to be honest annoying when trying to eat our breakfast in peace.

The locaton is hard to reach and the approaches dangerous on foot. The bus from the airport dropped the other side of a treacherous junction with few crossing opportunities. Even more dangerous for clients unused to UK roads. This difficulty should be flagged.

Holiday Inn Express Luton is a good place to stay if you need an overnight at the airport. We flew in to Luton late (after midnight) walked to 10 mins to the hotel and were checked in and in our room a few mins later. Efficient check in and a bonus free breakfast in the morning!

It's an airport hotel. It serves its purpose. It's clean. You can get a warm breakfast in the morning and/or a beer in the evening. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
