"City lodge is a perfect name; it is in the city so do not expect wildlife! It has I think only 8 rooms and a pool approx. 13 x 5 m with options to sit next to it on wooden couches - there is not one bed for a sunbath. It has a very well equipped bar and a good kitchen with a somewhat limited choice. The cook on call could make more complex tasteful dishes for sure. The receptionist is an extreme friendly young woman that shows your rooms with pride as if she decorated it by herself. Go and rent...

"The staff handling enquires through Expedia is the only saving grace of this hotel. She was most helpful to my enquiry to buy long distance bus tickets. Of course i understand that I am paying a budget price but to have baby cockroaches crawling out of the crevices in table in the room is petrifying, dirty and scary. "A great place to stay while in Lusaka. The staff is great and willing to assist if something is needed. The grounds are very peaceful and relaxing while being well taken care of. The apartments are near restaurants and a mall is nearby. I would stay here again and recommend the apartments for your visit or other reasons. "
