"The place is not as clean or luxurious as they advertise. The mattress was very old, squeaky and very soft. The type of soft that just sinks when you lay down and it’s impossible to sleep on. When we told management about it and asked for a partial refund since we weren’t able to get any sleep, we were told that a partial refund it’s not possible, that they can’t accommodate requests regarding mattress preferences and plainly told us we can go ahead and sleep on the couch; which is ridiculous....

Except the kitchen appliances and cutlery support as well as knifes, forks, etc. and theirs drawer, the apartment was clean and really cozy, with a big balcony facing the park on the west. "Super convenient location on airport proximity. The hotel does hourly shuttle trips to/from the airport. Very pleasant staff always willing to help. Every time we go home to Rom, we stay at this hotel. We cannot recommend it more. Also super affordable. And the food at their rustic restaurant … 5stars! "

"The place is not as clean or luxurious as they advertise. The mattress was very old, squeaky and very soft. The type of soft that just sinks when you lay down and it’s impossible to sleep on. When we told management about it and asked for a partial refund since we weren’t able to get any sleep, we were told that a partial refund it’s not possible, that they can’t accommodate requests regarding mattress preferences and plainly told us we can go ahead and sleep on the couch; which is ridiculous. We didn’t rent a “luxury” apartment so we can sleep on a stained couch. AC wasn’t working. Tv wasn’t working. When we reached out to ask about the Apple TV they didn’t even bother to respond. Way too overpriced, dirty and uncomfortable. I would give it less than a star if I could. "

I have advised them that the kitchen cleaning was poor, sending them also pictures. I told them that cleaning fees shall not be applied on a long stay, on the one hand, nor they be imposed after the payment was done as a requirement of sending me the check in details. I hope they will correct it in the future, as I like the apartment and want to rent it in the future."
