Independent, Lund hotels

"This is a fantastic boutique hotel right in the centre of Lund. The rooms are a little old fashioned but thats part of its charm. They have all the conveniences required for one or two nights stay. Breakfast is included and has quite a bit of variety given the size of the hotel and the space available. It could get quite crowded at breakfast but I was able to eat upstairs in the lobby or outside. The roof terrace is just lovely and I enjoyed sitting out there on my first night, reading a book and watching the sun set. On my second day I booked the relax area to use the sauna and was pleasantly surprised that it had great availability and was not expensive. I was actually given free access to it after the lift had broken down and I was the person who pointed out to reception that it was not working. I didn't find this out until I went to pick up the key for it so that was a lovely gesture from the hotel. The sauna was fantastic and I loved having exclusive use of it! If I ever return to Lund, this hotel would be my first choice."

"We particularly appreciated the efficiency and courtesy of the cleaning team. Also the availability of the downstairs sitting area (and tea) throughout the day. Location was excellent for our needs."

"Loved Lund. Delightful town to visit. Accommodation was good with comfortable bed and in a terrific location.The only gliche was that I didn’t receive the message about what to do if arriving later. Reception shuts early on the weekend (4pm). Thankfully with the advice of another latecomer it was quickly sorted."
