I was supposed to get a non smoking room. As soon as I walked in, I was hit with a strong smell of cigarettes. They didn’t have another room to put me in. And now, 2 weeks later they have charged me an additional $104 with no explanation.

I specifically requested a room free of fragrances due to allergies and when we got here our room smelled of fragrance and it was making our whole family sick and the woman at the front desk told me that couldn’t be possible and that there were no more rooms even though the parking lot was like empty. Our phone and key reader didnt work so my husband and son were locked out of the room for a time while I was asleep and we couldnt even use the bathroom because the fragrance smell was so bad. Obviously a guest sprayed something but the front desk lady kept saying that wasnt possible. Horrible experience, rude front staff. Will definitely not stay here again.
