"Has potential.. Arrived in the height of summer although adequate albeit a bit tired looking, it was not the cleanest and AC was broken, they sent a maintenance guy who said it needed something changing on the roof and it would be sorted the next day as everyone had left for the day. Went to bed that night and awoke to a strange scratching sound, my husband and I convinced ourselves it was wind rattling something outside. Back to sleep to wake to the same sound, he looked under the bed to...

"The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches."

"Beautiful apartment, plenty of space and laundry! Owners were attentive and gave ways to communicate easily (what's app for travelers!).5 euro Bolt ride to all the sites and parking for those with cars. Message Antonio for some great beach recos! Market across the roads and no shortage of grocery stores within driving distance. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"We enjoyed a quiet stay a Villa Vanilla. Our host kindly did all our laundry and accommodated an early departure. We were able to walk the neighborhood easily finding good food and beach access. It is a ways from old town was the only down side. "

"Lovely stay at the apartment, a not too far walk from the beautiful Zadar. Would be happy to come back, place was spacious and great to come back to each night. Loved the outdoor panoramic views each morning for breakfast. Only improvements would be ways to dispose of rubbish during the week"

"We absolutely loved this property! The suite was so clean, super comfortable, amazing views, had everything we needed, was a great location to walk into town, the pool was great, and there's a beach very close, and also good dining close to the suites. We were able to park the car and walk everywhere. Petra, the receptionist, was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future. "

"I was happy with the stay in this property. It was in center of old town. Not too par from the parking(I used the street parking lot). Kind staff and walkable all the places. I had a good dinner for the recommendation of the host. One thing felt harsh there is no elevator, it was in 2nd floor."

"Clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped - everything for our family 5-night stay. Kitchen area was equipped with kettle, coffee maker, microwave and electric hob. Crockery and utensils also provided. Seating inside and out for 4. Bathroom with shower was spotlessly clean. Easy parking provided. "

Great Gem of a hotel

"The entire staff i dealt with made the stay the best ive ever had in a hotel.They made you feel welcome not just a number on the list. Restaurant was a 5 *Michelin as far as quality of food don't know if they have that title or not but they definitely should have if not. Would definitely stay agin if ever in the area again."

"We did excursions and the place we had to meet were minutes away from the Hotel. Excellent location from the old town for shopping and eating. The lady that took care of us at the Hotel was great and a down to earth person. She had a Sassy Attitude and I mean that in a good way. I almost forgot about the great breakfast that was included. Yummy!! "
