"The property is in a small town 30 minutes from Bern. The room is big! There is no elevator (in case you need one) and no a/c in the rooms. It gets hot! The breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly."

The restaurant the food was very good and a great setting but the waiters after they served us the meal disappeared and forgot to bring us our coffee and when it was time to pay I did need to look for a waiter no one was in the dining room. Great room very clean with a nice view of the lake and the Alpes. "

"This hotel is located in a lovely area with easy access to tram lines, making it very convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood felt safe and had a nice atmosphere, with cafés, shops, and other amenities nearby. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and great value for the location. We’d definitely consider staying here again! "
