"We stayed for 7 days at the start of Oktoberfest, which means an extra 4 million people in the city and its chaos but this place was ready and did a great job. Our room was ready when we arrived, it was super clean and perfect little studio apartment for us two. It’s super close to everything, a block from the main train station where there’s easy access to transportation and there’s a million restaurants nearby. "I can't say enough good things about the Maratim. From the front desk to the room itself, I was extremely happy with my experience. Only a block from the Hauptbanhof and a short metro ride (or longer walk) to the Marienplatz, the hotel is incredibly convenient, too. Just stay here. You'll be glad you did. "

The hotel is fine for one night stay but not recommend if someone is coming on vacation and would like to book it for comfort and fun. Major drawback- dirty bathrooms, shower not working and untidy bedsheets. I cannot recommend you this hotel."
