"I liked being more interactive with other customers than most hotels. I didn't like that it we didn't have a minifridge or coffee in the room, but I think maybe that is a german thing"

"The check in desk clerk was almost rude. They could use an attitude adjustment. Delightful service in the restaurant. The airport shuttle was outstanding. Great service and reliability. "

"We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a stopover on the way back to the UK from a long trip in Asia and it was a great decision. The hotel is in the Squaire, close to the airport and transport links to Frankfurt. The room was clean and had enough space for us both for our one night stay and the views over towards Frankfurt were beautiful. The only downside, we both agreed on, was the shower - disappointing power, but that is the only issue we experienced."
