"I would have given a higher rating but we had to leave the breakfast table after waiting nearly half a hour for out hot food and on check out there was no real apology for this. The place is very lovely but staff were not overly friendly. Would probably from a senior person in charge. "

"Wow! From the moment we drove through the gates and were welcomed by Valentino, we were blown away. The property is stunning from the outside but is surpassed by what the owners have done to decorate the inside. Each room is breathtaking and the service of nightly orderves left us totally impressed. "Really nice property, small but we'll thought and super clean. Staff was really good and friendly. Great location, walking distance from downtown, and great restaurants and coffee shops. As a solo female traveler, I felt a little uncomfortable because there was a group of men chatting, laughing and smoking on the hallways until very late at night and during the day. I assume they were guests as well, but then front desk is not always attended. I visited in November. "

"Very nice people at reception. I did not have coffee in the room only the coffee maker. I went to get coffee at the breakfast area, but I was told I had to pay it. I went to reception to pay but they said it was free. Overall nice. "

"Ideal location in the heart of the old town, steps away from the main shopping areas but on a quite side street. There are lots of restaurants around. Our room has a sitting room with a sofa and the shower and toliet rooms are seperated. The staff was frinendly and helpful. "

Very comfortable hotel in handy airport location

"A beautiful, new hotel. Very clean and comfortable and within walking distance of the airport, so a great location. A wonderful, spacious room and well designed bathroom, extremely comfortable bed. We did have to wait a while to check-in but the person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The staff in the restaurant were less friendly/attentive but the food was very good. "

"Several members of our wedding party stayed here on each side of the wedding week. Both times we stayed the staff was truly amazing. From the welcome "tea" to storage of luggage and serving cold beers at the bar they were great! Safe new hip area with lots of food options. Would stay here again."
