"We stayed one night at Monte Cristo's before going onto the ferry to the mainland. It's very nice hotel, clean, modern room with a save parking space for the car. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. We just like it!"
"Such a great experience! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the amenities are perfect. There is a beautiful rooftop pool deck which was perfect as the weather was quite hot for June. I travel frequently and this is the best hotel experience I have enjoyed in years! Highly recommend. "
"Staff was kind and helpful with directions to public transportation and taxi. Super restaurant next door for pizza was an added bonus. Great pool. Wish I had known about it when I arrived."
"The artworks throughout the hotel are beautiful. There is a lovely sitting area downstairs with lots of books and paintings.
The staff are very friendly and helpful
The location is perfect for walking around the old city and port. "
"Would have loved this place if we had a car. It was close to the airport where we had reserved a rent a car but we had to walk to the airport (about 30 minutes) on roads without sidewalks to get there. Taxis were very expensive at about 50 and Uber did not work. We also walked about 30 minutes from the train stop to the hotel on roads with no sidewalks.
The hotel was lovely with very neat rooms with fine finishes. I liked the deep tub with removable shower assembly but my husband found it awkward so he just kneeled to shower. The pool was very refreshing. There is no bar but we ordered beer that we had on our nice patio. The breakfast as fantastic!! Many types of hot and cold drinks, meats, cheeses, hot eggs. Crepes, and about 10 types of bread and cakes. "
"The room was not huge, but clean with a comfortable bed. Reception was polite and very easy..
The hotel looks kind of isolated when you arrive, but there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within 200 to 600 meters in pretty much any direction.
The hotel is very nice and Bastia was a really fun place."
