"Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for the Tower, Rooms are a little bit dated and in need of updating, but very clean. Bed was very comfortable so good nights sleep. One thing that could be added would be tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms."

"Average experience. Because I was a tourist they taxed me but didn’t take advantage too much.
