"Very difficult to find, by car or by walking. Nobody was there to tell us how to get in. Door locked. The code unknown. We had to ask someone on the street to call the owner for us. This person acted as a .translater because the owner’s English was poor, and I don’t speak polish. Once in the building, we located the key in a mail box so small, that I could hardly put my hand inside. Over priced, considering what we paid elsewhere in Poland for a 3 stars address. Forget about this place"

"This was my first time in Poland but after this definitely not the last. My 19yr old Son and I had a superior city view room on the 9th floor. Both lifts worked well and proximity to Bars & Restaurants and the old town was perfect. Lots to do and see for all ages and architecture and entertainment abound. My son came home at 6am!"

"What a bright, fresh, clean & beautiful hotel. Was happy from the moment we set foot inside. The staff were brilliant & super friendly. The room was light, airy, comfortable and had great amenities. "The front desk was incredibly friendly and understanding (having a child with special needs that was very appreciated). Really outsanding. The breakfast was super good and atmosphere as well. Swimming pools took a lot of our time :) - warm and very nice!"

"The staff at the Vivaldi were very courteous and very helpful. More than happy to answer any questions we had like where certain things were in the city or to get a bucket of ice after hours. The facility was very clean and well maintained. We paid for the breakfast buffet for the entire week that we were there. It was good but was the same every day. Some changes from day to day would have been nice."
