"The first room I got was next to the open space over the reception area - it was like living in the lobby. The second room seemed quieter but at 7:30 in the morning it turned out it was right next to the technical room with what sounded like industrial size washing machines. "The staff at this hotel are professional and very helpful. Evening waiting staff in the restaurant were outstanding, as was the Chef who produced fabulous evening meals. Hotel was clean - the only disappointment was that the bathroom extractor fan didn't work, so very warm air entered the bedroom.
