"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. "Hotel and surroundings are are lovely. Breakfast selection was very good. The only negative thing was that they have seating area and games in corridor by some of the rooms. I was in one of those rooms. That meant i was woken up numerous times during late evening and night by people playing and being loud. "In the photos, the hotel seems luxurious, but in reality, it is not. Ostentatious furniture, which I assume cost a lot of money. The rooms have poor finishing and cracked walls .The water in the shower was merely lukewarm, even when set to the maximum temperature. The breakfast was tasty.There were many options for cold dishes, but for hot dishes, only sausages and scrambled eggs were available. "

"Wonderful estate located in a beautiful park. I would be happy to come back even in my opinion hotel should rather be rated as 3-3,5 star. Tasteful breakfast, but dinners were so-so. Also rooms need improvement: new beds and instaling a frigde. Very nice people especially at the reception and great service, but still some improvements are needed."

Hotel is maybe a 6/10 Max. Internet is horrible.

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over an hour."
