My truck was broke into back window busted out along with 7 other guests windows. Staff didn’t contact the police or let the other guest know what happened. Told to contact the police on our own and figure it out ourselves. The police and the front desk clerk said this has been a issue for a very long time yet no cameras put around property or security

Room clean and comfortable. Issue with television/cable was remedied within a couple of hours, while out of their control at front desk, communication with guests could have been better. The suite was nice, but there were not sheets on the fold-out bed. We had three people, so I thought that would be a given. When we called down, instead of bringing the sheets to us, we had to go get them ourselves. We were not supplied with pillows for that bed.
