"A pretty faultless hotel. Pool, gym & sauna is great, hot tub is a little small and pool was full on rainy days. Room was great but the bathroom isn’t very private. Me and my wife found the bed very uncomfortable. Tv channels are poor and we couldn’t cast to the tv from the iPad ( for those rainy days). Restaurant and bar is expensive, we had the food once and it was pretty good but saves travelling as nothing nearby. 15min walk into town or an easy 5 euro uber each way. No good dinners outside of town so expect a 15min walk for the nearest good dinner. ‘UP Cafe’ had some good breakfast options 5-10min walk away. Large supermarket is a 5min walk north and the mall of split was very good, although no Ubers would take us back for 30mins and taxis want more than double. Rooms are floors 17-28 so I’d imagine every room has a view better than the second tallest hotel in split. All in all, if you don’t mind a walk or taxi to town this is the perfect hotel and likely one of the best in split, if not THE best. No noise and little traffic given how busy the road looks and a safe area. Staff were brilliant and it is spotless. You can stay closer to town but will not find the luxury of ACM. *Photos are top floor room view and sauna view. Recommendations - Kenoba Fetivi (fish dinner) & kats Kitchen (Fancy b’fast/brunch)"

"I was welcomed by the staff and treated like VIP right from the start. They had already upgraded me to an amazing unit with sea view and a glass of Prosecco while I waited for the room to be ready. They then took care of my luggage and escorted me to my room and were also available for help with luggage due to some stairs when I checked out. Dinner at Cartina was amazing and the spa and massage was the best I have ever had. I enjoyed myself and wish I had booked a longer stay. I am recommending Trogir and Hotel Brown Beach House to anyone who visits Croatia. Thank you to the staff for the special care and treatment. It was exactly what I needed for the last of my trip."

"Large room, very clean"

"For one I cannot recommend the spa enough. Both me and my other traveller had the best massages we’ve ever had and we’ve both had a lot in our time. The facilities within the hotel were lovely. Breakfast was a bit predictable but you could have varied it yourself as there was enough choice, including an omelette and pancake station. The room’s decor was not the prettiest but it wasn’t hideous. The centre was walkable along the beach from the hotel and it took about 40 minutes, I would say don’t stop on your way to the centre for a drink as I paid €7 for a coke at one of the places. My major problem is that the surrounding area was incredibly unappealing. It doesn’t do the centre of Split justice. There was abandoned and graffitied building sites right next to the hotel. As well as lots of building work going on around it, specifically right next to the beach club. Obviously, this is eventually going to be beneficial to the area as what they’re building sounds great. But makes for a rather disappointing experience and creates a lot of dust as well. "

"The hotel is very modern, clean and chic. My room was very clean, spacious, and felt luxurious. I enjoyed the amenities in the room very much. The ocean views from my room were perfect. The staff was wonderful and so was the breakfast. Easy walk to the shore and plenty of things to do."

"There have been several negative reviews regarding this hotel and I couldn’t disagree more. Although I can’t comment on the restaurant for dinner - the selection at breakfast is ample. Originally being a party of 10 which became 6 the reception staff were very flexible when I requested to swap all of our rooms around. 3 of us were in an executive room on the 8th floor - this room was brilliant, spacious, 2 toilets with a shower and a bath. Sea view. Towels changed daily. I messaged ahead of our stay and the staff provided a bouquet of flowers balloons and Prosecco. One of our rooms had a faulty tv and they changed it with hours. The only downside we experienced was a sticky door which they did mention in advance. Staff were friendly and efficient - I think some people find them abrupt and rude but I think this can some times be down to a language barrier. The beach front directly in front is now open although still works going on close by - this didn’t impact us at all. Pool area is nice although water is freezing! I door pool jacuzzi and spa treatments are great. We had a lovely stay and would return. "
