"this property has so much potential but the lack of service and care to our stay was disappointing. we waited over 30 minutes in reception and no one showed. I had to go behind the reception and use their phone to try to call someone. no appologies just told they were on a break. later that evening the ceiling leaked, water was all over the floor and again there was no one in reception to help. "Room was lovely and quiet 1st nite of 3 nite stay but became a bit noisy when other 2 rooms were occupied the next nite . 2nd morning of our stay could only have a warm shower as other guests had used most of hot water.
