"beautiful quiet site, very peaceful no clubhouse ect but does have onsite bar and restaurant with lovely food, 2 fishing lakes onsite (fishing licence required) 20mins drive from seafront, 5 mins from skegness raceway and 10/12 mins from fantasy island very accessible to everything around cant complain about this caravan was beautiful, clean and a pleasure to stay in "

"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "The caravan its self was ok. a little dated and obviously had dogs in there before we were there. However the communication with Linden Lodgings who look after the booking is shocking. I have been trying to get the damage deposit back from them for 11 days now with no communication back at all. The communication with Hazel has been awful from the point of booking. Not picking up the phone nor responding to emails"

"We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

"The holiday is absolutely perfect, fully equipped and comfortable but above all else we adored the area surrounding it. It was out of the way of all the chaos of family holiday-ing but close enough to get there if we want it. The lakes the area is surround were perfect for myself (who loves to meditate) and my daughter (who is autistic and obsessed with nature and calm tranquility) And lastly the communication was the owner was amazing. Can’t fault it. One of the best holidays I have been on....
