"The location could not be better, in the center of Nancy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and a delicious dessert for you to take, are offered in the lobby. Room was clean and cozy. Did not like a subtle clang noise from the heating pipes, but it was not terrible. But what I did not like was that rooms are not sound proofed, so we could hear steps, voices and yes, in France, passionate "affection" from the neighbours in the room above us. "Check in was smooth and fast. The room was comfortable and clean . The kitchen area doesn't have a plug for the kettle, which is awkward as you have to plug the kettle in somewhere else. Not very well thought through. Breakfast was very nice with everything you could want! Underground parking is very useful."

"Good clean room, beds a little soft, but that was personal preference. Good size room and bathroom, great shower. Staff very friendly. Secure parking . Breakfast ok, but not worth the money. Would stay again, but without Breakfast! "
