The staff was super helpful and check in was sent via email and so here at the hotel it was set as ready. The property seemed safe and smelt clean. The fixtures in the restroom definitely could use an upgrade as they are literally falling off. Also providing in the closet some additional blankets would be helpful.

The place was very noisy, we didn’t have any towels in our room, I went down to the customer service desk in ask the lady for towels she told me they’re still drying I’ll bring them up to you in never did so imagine taking a shower with your hands. Then the elevator wasn’t working had to tote all our bags down the stairs. Over all, This was the worse hotel I ever stayed at

I did not like the fact that the chair in the room was filthy, I went down to breakfast 30 mins before breakfast ended and there was only 1 greasy piece of sausage left. There was no fruit. The room was not well a lamp on the desk and one by the bed night stand. I won't stay here again

Microwave did not work in my room had to use my sister’s microwave in her room and it was rusted out!!!!….my remote did not work in my room….went to front desk for more batteries and it still didn’t work….my pillow had some type of NASTY stain on it….had to pull teeth just to get towels….breakfast was HORRIBLE!!!!….ME AND MY FAMILY WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN!!!!!

Pros: Housekeeping everyday, not too sketchy, and was affordable at the time of my stay. Cons: a few roaches, mini fridge didn’t work, terrible breakfast options, common area restroom near gym only has bar soap, and housekeeping kept throwing away my half drank water bottles.
