Fan on bathroom not working.
Uncomfortable mattress.

Stayed here many of times, still one of the best hotels with great value. Welcoming staff as always. The housekeeping gentleman was lovely. The breakfast choices have everything you could think of. The cooked breakfast was piping hot. They now have a little indoor play area for the children. Maybe an outdoor one opposite to the gym entrance would make it absolutely perfect. Well done on being one of the best and continuing to improve.

The staff were very friendly & couldnt do enough to help, the pub itself is fantastic, great food and beers to suit all tastes, the bed was very comfortable and i thoroughly enjoyed my stay, higjly recommended 😀

"Stayed here in 2023 and excellent once again. Lovely room 1 Pen-y-gent the walk in shower i wish i could take home. Plenty of tea coffee in room and toiletries. Had steak and ale pie with veg and chips. Big chunks of tender meat in luscious gravy, chips were home made and not the usual frozen ones! ..."
