Partial ocean view if you stood up. Ground floor with quite a bit of people and dog traffic. Not very private. Disappointed at how many dogs were on the property. Most people with dogs brought two. We reserved a Ocean View but ended up on the side rm 301. Couldn't see the ocean without going outside. Room Keys did not work when we arrived but was fixed quickly. Room was very clean, but noisy from people above and everyone walking by the door. We would stay again but not in that room
