"Convenient location near Kings Cross station. Be warned that the elevator is tiny tiny. But the room was nice, modern, clean and the staff were friendly. One thing could easily be improved: in the room there was only a single tiny desk, not enough to usefully put your stuff on. Otherwise I was very happy with my stay."

"Easy check. Hotel is right next to victoria train station. Clean, comfortable room. The buffet breakfast with everything you could want, including alternative milks for cereal, was excellent. Wouod definitely stay again. "

"The staff was very kind and cared for costumers. The room was very small but convenient, i only stayed for 1 night. 5 minutes walk to PADDINGTON Station. There is plenty of shops and food around. For food I recommend Cleopatra, within 2 minutes walk from hotel BEWARE NO ELEVATOR!, and tiny room, Not recommended if you’re carrying big luggage. Very clean, looks like they just renovated. I would stay again if i need to! I slept very well and felt safe as the hotel’s door only opens either...

"Everything was superb, except we spent too much time in Breakfast and our key nolonger opened rhe door and house keeping would not help! So i had to go back downstairs and sort out the key , reception were very helpful but left me annoyed id forgotten my watch and over run at the delicious breakfast ! Great hotel very central, would definitely stay again "

"This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Service was great. Special thanks to Jaan from reception and Rahad in room service. The location was good close to the tube (Train) and close to the London Eye and Big Ben. I recommend for couples and families. "

"I spoke with desk staff 4 times during my 10-night stay re lack of heat in my room. At first, the heating/cooling unit wouldn't even turn on. After a couple of days, it would come on but only blow cold air. Asked a third time to have the unit checked, a small, ineffective space heater was provided. Finally, a couple of days before departure, when i was asking for a late checkout, I was told that the room was already booked for the next guest. I strongly urged them not to let this room out again...

"The hotel was charming, with great staff, and great, included breakfast, for a cheap price. Don’t expect new or swanky, but that was what was so charming! I would definitely stay here again!"
