The apartment owners treat us badly, and they ask for more money for cleaning which was about £80 , also the building owners weren’t happy of us and they want us to leave and there was to much problems between the building and apartment owners

After attempting multiply times to call the number given when landed it did not work. Then attempted email and that didnt work either. Called through a number on google that did get us connected to someone to inform them of our delayed flight and late check in. When we arrived at the meeting place, we were met by a different person than we were told and had her yell at us for being late. Then the toilet handle was broken and someone entered the apartment the next day and fixed it without telling us that someone was coming. Poor poor communication. Pros; The property did work for our vacation needs and good location in London
The property was not clean, the shower was not working properly. There was a hole in one of the bedroom windows and the overall apartment was in poor condition with a broken bed in another one of the rooms.
Check in process unnecessarily difficult should be done by text or cell phone - contact -Zach doesn’t pick up phone calls .If I could have canceled once I started having problems I would have so cancellation policy is also an issue - advice to others - avoid this type of property . The property was poorly maintained with doors that didn’t open or close properly, dirty carpets etc - but could have been much nicer without much investment.

Very pleasant staff!!
I had a fantastic stay! The location was superb - right on the corner of hyde park with an abundance of lovely restaurants on the doorstep. I was a bit worried about finding the place as I have stayed in a few different apartment brands, which are not always easy to find, but I was really pleased with the service as the lady came out on to the street to meet me when I arrived (even though I got the address a bit wrong) and she was really lovely and helpful! So that made the visit. The apartment was huge, much bigger than I expected for the price, but a little run down and smelled slightly damp. So overall this was a good stay, but the apartment itself needs a bit of TLC to make it an amazing one.

The proximity to multiple bus and metro stations made getting around a breeze. The metro workers were very friendly and helpful when a station was closed to find the next best route.

Greit plassert 5min gange frå t-bana. Leilighet i låst blokk. Godt med matbutikker og restauranter innan 5min gange. Kunn 4 skikkelige senger sjølv om Expedia solgte det for 5, sistemann måtte ligge på gammal feltseng. Greit kjøkken, stor stue og 2 bad og god plass. Enkelte senger trenger litt liming for å holde vangane og bunnen saman, ellers var det gode madrasser. Ingen respsjon, men ein hjelpsom kontaktmann (Zak)som budde like ved
