Good location, easily walkable from Paddington and Queensway Tube Station ( Central Line) . The Reception staff were superb and very helpful. Nice area, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, in addition to Kensington Park. The room met our needs with all the facilities we required. I've stayed in a few hotels around this area and this was the best, I've used. We had our 5 year old Granddaughter with us and the staff were so kind to her, she liked it too .

We had the best experience at this hotel. The room had everything we needed, the hotel looks simple from the outside, but is really nice inside and it gives London vibes! The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The front desk attendants were nice and knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the city. It is about 5-10 minutes walk to public transportation, depending on which station you need to get to. The walks around the hotel were peaceful, quiet, and felt really safe. There are small convenience stores nearby for anything you might need in the middle of the night. There is an elevator so it’s easy to go back and forth from the higher floor levels. But it’s also nice to walk down the beautiful stairs! The breakfast is good as well. We’ll gladly come back and we recommend this hotel.
