"This hotel looks good in pics ! Reception area is impressive but the moment you step in the room you feel the dirty smelly stuff. Bathroom isn't cleaned for years... Front desk is least concern about your requests for clean room ! At checkin I was taken for a toss because I got the good deal from hotels.com and they didn't like it!
