"This property is awesome. The views are different from each unit, but the one we had was beautiful. The unit was roomy, comfortable. The employees at the office are very pleasant and helpful. The parking spots are tiny, and we had hard time parking our large SUV, but other than that this place is incredible."

"We were quite satisfied with our stay here. The apartments are a good size and our premium apartment had everything we needed. Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs. The development is in a satisfactory location but I would recommend that you hire a car. We ate in the restaurant once and would not recommend it. "Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "It seemed quite affordable at first but after you add in all the charges for towels, linens, toilet paper, room cleaning, etc. you are better off paying more for a different hotel. This camping ground is unlike any other camping ground that we have stayed at, this one makes you pay for everything. Even the on site market was quite pricey. Location was good for our theme park outing but they are plenty other hotels to at near by. "

"Beautiful spacious, well equipped property, two comfortable beds, furnished to a high standard. Lovely clean, well maintained pool with sun lounge area overlooking the lake. Sliding doors opening up to a lovely terrace. Absolutely stunning location. Staff were very helpful, I smashed a bottle on the floor, I informed staff, and they immediately came to clean it up for us. My only negative was no kettle, though when I realised, four days in, that others had a kettle and mentioned it to staff...

"We had the most relaxing time in a stunning location. Facilities were superb with only a 2 min walk to the Lakeside! The host Christina was so attentive, friendly and helpful. The restaurant onsite was also excellent. We hired a car which was great for exploring the Lake. Couldn’t recommend more highly!"

"This is such a lovely place to stay, very family orientated. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The property, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean. You need to have a car to stay here really if you want to get anywhere as it isn't really walkable to much. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which has everything you would expect and includes a full size fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The site is gated and you are given the code on arrival. Parking is away from the accommodation, but...

"Mateo who worked the front desk was polite and friendly. Be aware you’re gonna have to pay a small fee for sheets and provide your own dish soap paper towels and toilet paper which I really didn’t realize until I checked it it wasn’t a big deal."

"Nice big apartment vith a great view on the lake! The balcony was a nice place to wind down after long days. Though not recent, everything worked well. I appreciated having heat control in the beadroom. Having to check in at a different property is not the best, but anyway you do need a car to stay in that area. Grocery store and other food options only 2 minutes away. Was too cold to try the pool unfortunately."

"The hotel was lovely, location is convenient to get to the town centre, with a shuttle service from the hotel to the town available throughout the day. We went during off season so a lot of the on-site dining options weren’t available but they did still have one restaurant open. The spa facilities were great, very reasonably priced and the free parking was greatly appreciated as we did hire a car. Only criticism would be that the rooms are very modern but the bathrooms are not, with no ventilation fans or windows in the bathroom. "
