We chose to elope and celebrate our wedding here and from Day 1, staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, helping us to arrange all the details of our big day. There's no doubt that the facilities are great, but what makes this resort truly special is the staff - very special mentions to Komang, Petra, Real, Windri and Dini, who we really enjoyed talking with and who helped us with everything. We plan on returning for our 1 year anniversary, and are already looking forward to it."

"A lovely old fashioned hotel. No lift which did cause a challenge but we managed in the end. Tiwi in reception was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped organize a car to see some of Lombok. Alvira was great with her friendly attitude at breakfast. Thank you ladies. The area around the hotel is very dirty and this is the only negative as it spoils the Hotel ."

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, I did notice that the toilet bidet hose in my room could use some extra cleaning attention. It’s a small detail, but keeping everything pristine enhances the overall guest experience. Despite this, I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. I’ll certainly be back! "

"Beautiful large grounds with the ocean on two sides, loved staying in the garden bungalow among stunning large trees and well kept flowering plants. Ocean views were spectacular especially from the beach bar area. Fun watching surfers too. The hotel often hosts celebrations, which can be noisy. Music was always too loud. Sadly our stay was also interrupted by tree cutting, again very loud and right beside the pool. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, good food and the pool. "
