Great location and view!! We had dinner at the restaurant, it was perfect and the food was delicious. The facilities were excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended, I will definitely go back again!

We had a lovely stay at the Franziskushöhe. Great staff. Nice place. We, my mother and l shared a family room. The only thing we would have liked are more chairs and a table to spend time in room. Hope to visit again in the future.

WOW!!! This property sits high on a hill & is breathtaking! Staff was very friendly & helpful. Elegant ambiance, so many different areas to view, lots of things for children to do. Wish we would’ve been able to stay longer! Needed a room for 3, got a family room which included 3 separate rooms & 1 1/2 bathrooms!!! Highly recommend!!!

FrĂŒhstĂŒck um 7 ist lĂ€cherlich

Schönes Hotel, wo das Zimmer auf Anfrage gereinigt wird. Sehr angenehm, da man seine Ruhe hat! FrĂŒhstĂŒck um 7 geht ĂŒberhaupt nicht. Seit Corona machen es sich die Hotels sehr einfach und bieten kein FrĂŒhstĂŒck mehr vor 7 an. Extrem schwach!

Schwache Leistung fĂŒr 4 Sterne

An sich ein mittelmĂ€ĂŸiges Hotel, HauptgebĂ€ude augenscheinlich neuer und sauberer als das NebengebĂ€ude in dem wir untergebracht waren. Abgesehen davon, dass das NebengebĂ€ude in die Jahre gekommen ist, sind Treppenhaus und der Gang der beide HĂ€user verbindet schmutzig. Auch die Zimmer lassen zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig! Das Konzept nur Reinigung auf Wunsch, sprich nicht jeden Tag ist grundsĂ€tzlich nicht verkehrt. Allerdings wird wohl auch bei Ab- und Anreise Reinigung und Sauberkeit nicht groß geschrieben. Spinnenweben ĂŒberall, Toilette und Böden mittelmĂ€ĂŸig sauber. Die DurchgangstĂŒren zu den einzelnen Zimmern extrem laut beim zufallen. Man hört alles von den angrenzenden Zimmern
 WohlfĂŒhlen und Schlaf finden war hier nicht der Fall! Service egal ob an der Rezeption oder im Restaurant mittelmĂ€ĂŸig. Gerade im Restaurant ĂŒberfordert und unterbesetzt (so macht es zumindest den Anschein). Das einzig positive war das Essen, welches vom Geschmack her und der QualitĂ€t wirklich gut war.
