"Actually turned out to be more than adequate stay. Booked late at night and knew of NH reputation for good properties. They obviously have done a lot of work to upgrade this property and would stay again. Located in the middle of town. "

"Great location in old town Logroño for the tapas run. The hotel is has all mod cons - charging points, nespresso machine, turndown service etc. Probably the best shower I have had in a hotel for a very long time. A great breakfast was also offered in the morning, with a buffet and some a la carte options. The only slight negative was a slight drainy smell at times from the bathroom sink. "

"The staff was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating. We had a very early train on our last day and they took the time to prepare a part of breakfast and coffee and tea for us before breakfast was available. Our time here was so relaxing. "

"Great location for the tapas area, room was great and comfortable and staff at reception very helpful/friendly. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with items running short several times, more staff would help here. Plus a second coffee machine would be sensible. Parking was ok but we had many problems with accessing it with the card issued."

"We accidentally booked room without private bathroom, phoned up to change that and the lady on the other end of the phone was so rude we almost cancelled, should have as it happened. We pointed out the price via ebookers was much cheaper than the one she was suggesting but in the end were too lazy to cancell and look elsewhere. "Our contact Carolina was wonderful, patient with all of our questions and communicated very well. The location was lovely however on the week end nights the courtyard could be a touch noisy, other than that the place was excellent. We would stay again. "
