"I would've given 5 star but in the morning of our last day, I slipped in the shower hitting my head on the wall with me ending up with a bump on my head. The shower had slippery floor and when my told the front desk of what happened, they said there should've been a rubber mat but there was none. Going home with a bump on my head but otherwise, the hotel was nice. Just be careful with in the shower and ask for a rubber mat. 😄"

"Scam. There were no room booked. We went to Baguio last Friday with my family to celebrate my son's birthday. And surprise! walang room na nabooked. The guards at the reception area told us na marami na na scam dito sa Hotel.com. We tried to contact the number provided and customer service # na non existent. Kahit email wala sumasagot. "

"When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). "I enjoyed my week at Sotogrande, staff was super helpful and very outgoing. The breakfast included in my stay was top notch, all of the food was delicious, kudos to the kitchen staff! The bartenders were very nice, and helpful with suggestions. My room was spacious and clean, I had a little bit of water leaking in the bathroom, but I called down to the front desk and someone was up in 2 minutes to look at it, and then fixed is super quick. The walls of the Sotogrande are a bit thin, there were some children staying on my floor and I could hear the crying in my room, but nothing my earplugs couldn't fix. All in all I would definitely stay here my next visit to Baguio."
