"A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Solace – With Just a Few Suggestions… We had a truly lovely stay at Hotel Solace in Santiago. The hotel is beautifully decorated, ideally located - close to everything we needed, yet still felt peaceful and tucked away - and the staff was exceptional. Every team member we interacted with was kind, attentive, and went above to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was fantastic. It featured a lovely view, a very comfortable bed, and high-quality linens that made it feel like a true retreat. The only minor issues we noted were in the bathroom: the shower drain cover was loose, and the toilet seat was a bit worn. These are small things that, if addressed, would make the experience even better. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the morning of our arrival. The food was good, especially the eggs made to order, which came out hot and fresh. However, some of the pre-prepared items like sausages and scrambled eggs on the buffet could have been kept warmer. It’s a minor improvement I’d recommend to enhance the meal experience. A standout perk was the Lavazza coffee - available 24/7 in the lobby, and also in your room with a convenient Lavazza K-Cup machine. It was such a treat and truly appreciated by coffee lovers like us! Despite the few suggestions, none of them took away from our overall experience. We would absolutely return to Hotel Solace on our next trip to Santiago and happily recommend it to others looking for a stylish, comfortable."

Love the place!

"The first 2 nights were sponsored by expat explore. Then we went to San Pedro de Atacama and left our luggages for the meantime. Then came back and stayed for another 2 nights paid by Expat Explore. After the tour, we extended our stay for 6 more nights. We felt safe in the area and located near Costañera, San Cristobal Hill and santa Lucia. "

Better experience this time

"OK this time around everything was great (thanks to Paul). Although I was not upgraded, I was finally put in a room where both the internet connectivity and the television was working properly. The only hiccup is on Sunday, breakfast was supposed to finish at 12:00 pm. When I arrived at 11:30, the little hot food that was left was cold and the staff had already put half of the breakfast food away. They should tell people that breakfast really ends some time before 11:30 instead of 12:00 PM."

"I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Santiago. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any requests. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!"
