An okay hostel depending on the price.
The hosts were great. Warm and inviting. The best thing about the house is it's cleanliness. That being said the hostel was not worth 150 a night. But the only reason I paid was because I didn't know how to get other places. There are plenty of other places around, you just have to find them. Anyways if you have no other choice, its a great choice. But if you have the time to find other places - I think for the same quality you could find something cheaper.

A room is not new, but it’s clean. It’s easy to getting ski resort from this hostel. The staff are very kind, and speak English. I recommend to stay here.

Horrível. Pior estadia da minha vida. Passei frio.
Ausência de calefação. Aquecimento precário feito com um aquecedor ligado a um botijão de gás no meio da sala do Chalet. Ficamos num apartamento com 2 quartos e uma sala e cozinha conjugada, mas tivemos que dormir em 3 numa pequena cama de casal para nos manter aquecidos ja que fomos orientados a desligar o aquecedor a gas (veja a foto) durante a noite por segurança. O aquecimento desse pequeno quarto era com aquecedor elétrico. Banheiro precário, o chuveiro com cortina molhava ate a sala. Limpeza precária. Ninguém limpou durante o período que estivemos hospedados. Não tivemos coragem de usar a cozinha! Muito caro comparado com hotéis com infra muito superior da região. Sem pontuação.

Uma experiência maravilhosa de interação
Hostel muito bem localizado, a poucos minutos de Farellones, e com uma equipe fantástica (Andrey e Camille). Com uma paisagem deslumbrante, fizemos novos amigos, o que foi primordial para melhorar nossa experiência no snowboard. Andrey e Camille me deram todo suporte durante meu acidente. Camille, seu macarrão estava uma delicia, espero que um dia a veja no MasterCheff. Obrigado por tudo.

Custo benefício bom.
Hostel ok, mas o banheiro comprtilhado tinha uma cortina quebrada, logo a casa ao lado poderia ver tudo dentro do banheiro. Eu e minha namorada tivemos que colocar uma toalha na janela para tal. A cortina do quarto também não fechava totalmente a janela, entrando claridade e tendo falta de privacidade.

Excelente!
Excelente opção de estadia na montanha. Pessoal muito prestativo. Área comum aconchegante. Café da manhã excelente. Único ponto negativo é ter apenas um banheiro para vários quartos, mas me hospedaria novamente sem dúvidas.

Hostel excelente!
Minha estadia foi espetacular! Fiquei uma semana sozinho no hostel e fui surpeendido positivamente pela experiência! O hostel está sendo cuidado por um casal de jovens brasileiros muito legais e atenciosos, além de trabalhadores! Eles fazem tudo possível para que nossa estadia seja perfeita! Fazem churrasco, cortam lenha, fogueira lá fora, até comida deles nos servem. Lá é possivel contratar serviços de aluguel de equipamento para esquiar por preço muito baixo, transporte para Valle Nevado, La Parva e Santiago, inclusive vendem tickets para El Colorado mais barato do que na bilheteira! O café da manhã é fantástico, tem sanduiche de ovo, peito de peru e queijo, doce de leite e geleia, alguns tipos de cereais, leite, suco e um café muito gostoso! Na área comum podemos desfrutar de uma vista deslumbrante das montanhas, onde tem lareira e churrasqueira, passei todas noites lá com os hospedes. A calefação é ótima, o interior do hostel fica quentinho 24h. O chuveiro tem água bem quente e forte. Voltarei certamente em setembro para ficar mais tempo. Impossível não ficar amigo do casal que toma conta do hostel! Fui um prazer ter passado uma semana lá desfrutando do local e das companias!! Não tenho nada do que reclamar.

Durma na montanha sem perenge! Ótimo!
Check-in antecipado (12:00 horas); roupas de banho inclusas; apartamento muito limpo; água quente em quantidade; boa velocidade e conexão de internet. Além disso, o hostel conta com freezer com cerveja a 1000 pesos (Escudo) e diponibiliza vinhos e carnes (mediante taxa). Vale ressaltar a simpatia e prestatividade da Camile, gerente do Hostal! Ficamos, eu e mais 5 pessoas num apartamento com dois quartos, banheiro privativo, cozinha e sala (com mais duas camas). Recomendo muito!
