"The finca is very beautiful, the pool area is awsome, the breakfast table very nice. We appreciated the refrigerator in our room to keep our fruits and drinks cold. Overall we liked the place very much, everything was almost perfect. However, we would suggest the management to improve the rooms, specially the ones at the back of the garden that do not receive much of the pleasant evening breeze, adding at least a ceiling fan because the standard fan provided was only moving the same hot air. "Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....
