"Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

"Sehr schöne Anlage. Finca und Restaurant sehr gepflegt. Sehr ruhige Lage (nur manchmal fahren Motorradfahrer viel zu laut und zu schnell vorbei. Zu sehen sind sie nicht, aber zu hören.) Das Meer sieht man bei dunstiger Wetterlage nicht. Ist ja doch ziemlich weit weg. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr nette Bedienung. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert."
