Really bad experience

If you ever consider booking this hotel as a normal person - don’t. You don’t need to read more, but if you are interested in some details about this hotel, then read on. The cleaning is almost non-existent at this establishment. Though it was advertised with DAILY CLEANING, my room was only ‘cleaned’ twice during a six-day stay. There were bugs squashed on the walls, and under the bed, there were several bags of nicotine pouches - I don’t use that stuff - meaning the room was not properly cleaned before my stay. The towels are worn out, and the mattress in my room was as comfortable as sleeping on the floor. Even if you were lucky enough to find a comfy spot in the bed, you wouldn’t get a moment of rest because of the paper-thin walls and the large number of young partying guests at the hotel. It is not advertised as a party place, but trust me, it really is. 24-7, young people aged 16-18 are having parties, running in the halls, loudly knocking on doors, and screaming. Trust me - you will not be able to sleep at this hotel. So, after a tough night, you think you can look forward to a nice breakfast buffet, but no. Undrinkable coffee and juices, dry bread, tasteless cheese is what you are met with in the morning. I have been to a lot of cheap hotels but the is by far the my worst hotel experience ever.

Un hôtel vraiment bas de gamme, service de chambre horrible nous sommes rester 7 nuits on nous as enlever les serviettes et jamais remise, évier qui coule dans le sac de la poubelle dessous ( mise exprès dessous ) jamais de papier toilette une vrai honte !!

Déjà ya pas internet ! Pas de wifi. La wifi c'est en bas a la réception c'est tout. Il y a qu'une prise électrique dans la salle de bain.

Médiocre

Hôtel pitoyable, médiocre. Rien est au rdv. Bruyant avec que des jeunes qui font la fête toute la nuit et aussi en rentrant de boîte (cours dans les couloirs, musique à fond, cries, toque aux portes,…), chambre pas insonorisée, pas de double vitrage, lit de camps, sale, salle de bain pas fonctionnelle, tapis de douche qui s’effiloche, serviettes tachées, pas de pommeau de douche, rideaux déchirés, pas de TV, pas de Clim, 1 prise pour la chambre, un coffre fort sans possibilité de le fermer… hôtel à l’abandon.

HORRIBLE

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Nous y avons séjourné en famille et avons très mal dormi. La chambre n’était pas du tout insonorisée : on entendait tout ce qui se passait dans les chambres voisines. Il y avait des fêtes avec la musique à fond jusqu’à pas d’heure, impossible de fermer l’œil. Et malgré nos plaintes, la réception ne faisait absolument rien pour arranger les choses. En plus de ça, pas de climatisation, ce qui a rendu les nuits encore plus insupportables avec la chaleur. Pour couronner le tout, l’état général de l’hôtel était catastrophique, même pour un 2 étoiles : propreté douteuse, équipement vétuste, et un manque flagrant d’entretien. Un séjour horrible que nous ne sommes pas près d’oublier — mais pour les mauvaises raisons. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Experiencia horrible no se lo recomiendo a nadie!!! Al llegar al hotel y hacer el check-in no te explican nada del funcionamiento del hotel incluso los letreros que tienen con los horarios son incorrectos. Las habitaciones llenísimas de hormigas por todos lados (mas residentes nos lo contaban estando ellos en habitaciones “mejoradas”) y no daban ninguna solución, la ginda del pastel de la habitación es que no tiene aire acondicionado, ni televisión y mucho menos un ventilador para el calor, la solución de los trabajadores fue “ves al chino y compra uno aquí no tenemos”. A la hora del desayuno fue un momento impactante al ver la tan poca variedad que había y que el desayuno estaba enfocado en los extranjeros, solo había huevos, bacon, patatas fritas, nuggets… con muy poco variedad de dulce teniendo solo croissants. Otro punto en la cena aparte del riñón que cuesta que fueron 15€/pers por un “bufet” de cuatro platos sin variedad y sin ni siquiera postre; aparte de esto el restaurante abría de 20-22h pero no fue así, llegando a las 20:30h nos echaron a las 21 llevándose toda la comida sin ni siquiera decir nada a los clientes literalmente quitándonos los platos de la mesa. Fuera de todo eso por las noches había muchísimo ruido incluso salto la alarma de incendios y todo el mundo en alerta bajando corriendo y cuando apagaron la alarma ningún trabajador tuvo la decencia de decirnos nada. De la piscina lo que no nos gusto es que el horario era de 11-19h y sin vigilancia para niño

Séjour décevant !

Hôtel trop bruyant la nuit pas de climatisation donc obligé de dormir les vitres ouvertes mais impossible de se reposer ! Chambre sale ! le sol collant n’a pas été lavé une seule fois pendant 3 jours 😡 lavabo fêlé baignoire sale autour des joints ! carrelage cassé serviettes de bain grises et sentent mauvais les lits avec des ressorts ressentis au coucher non je ne reviendrais pas à cet hôtel 😡😱 huguette

Hôtel à fuir !

Je vous déconseille fortement cette Hôtel le pire hôtel que j’ai fait de toute ma vie : chambre dans un état catastrophique, il n’y a pas de climatisation dans la chambre ni de télévision, il y a qu’une prise dans toute la chambre ça veux dire on était plusieurs dans la chambre fallait attendre chacun son tour pour charger La bouffe degeulasse les chambres sont pas du tout isolés à fuir cette hôtel !!

Bonjour. L'accueil et la réception sont correctes,mais vraiment tres compliqué de dormir correctement car trop de bruit,les chambres sans clim,sans TV, avec une chaleur étouffante, pas bien insonorisées et avec aussi un grand vis à vis des autres chambres. L'hôtel est composé a 95 %de jeunes (18/20 ans).la nuit,ils font beaucoup de bruit dut a l'état d'ébriété. Nous avons réservé pour 3 jours,nous sommes partis en catastrophe après la première nuit. Nous sommes énormément déçu. C'est dommage car hôtel propre en réception et piscine correct.

EI IKINÄ ENÄÄ TÄHÄN HOTELLIIN

Hotelli tarkoitettu vain ryyppyillan jalkeen selviämistä varten, siisteys erittäin huono, huoneistosiivous ei käynyt kuin yhden kerran, lakanoissa aiempien asiakkaiden oksennustahroja, ilmastointia ei ole, jääkaappia ei ole, vessassa ulosteita lattialla ja kylpyammetta ei ole siivottu varmaan 5 vuoteen, todella kuvottava kokemus, ainoa plus on henkilökunnan ystävällisyys, aamupalaa en suosittele kellekkään, olin itse todistamassa miten työntekijä noukkii kastikkeesta paljain käsin nakin, nuolee sormet, ja samoilla somilla laittaa esille leivonnaisia paljain käsin. Ei ikinä uudestaan tänne, ja hotellin asiakkaina ainoastaan 15-18v nuoria suurin joukoin, meluaa ja örveltää 24 tuntia vuorokaudessa.

Es una vergüenza con todas sus letras la mayor de las pérdidas de tiempo nunca en el tiempo que llevo resecando hotel me a pasado esto esperar casi 2 horas para la entrega de una llave y andando con una niña pequeña es una vergüenza que se llame hotel esto y a esto le sumamos que no tenga aire acondicionado nunca más volvería a este alojamiento
